Dead Poets Rising: For One Night Only at the Castle Shannon Library

Though they may be unalive, some famous poets will come to life on the upper level of the library this fall. Be unafraid. These apparitions won’t be here to haunt. Instead, they’ll come to share a few personal details about themselves and to read some of their beloved and bewitching works. The evening will begin at 7:00 PM with a lively coffee & tea chat and mingle. Then at 7:30 PM, the library will close, go dark, and the doors will be locked for the start of our apparitional, after-hours readings. Don’t be left out. Be sure to come inside—to the main level—before the locking of the doors and the turning down of the lights.
