Short Winter Story Contest – Ages 8 to Adult 

Create an original story, with a winter theme in 500 words or less. 

Short stories can be dropped off at the library or emailed to: lizonk@castleshannonlibrary.org or morganopitza@castleshannonlibrary.org. 

Staff will read and award each story a superlative certificate! 

Everyone who enters the contest will receive a small participation prize. 

Some stories will be selected for display at the library during the month of February. 

Certificates and participation prizes will be awarded during the second week of February.
